A minimum order quantity is required for each order placed. For dash cams, a minimum order of 20 units is required. For accessories such as power cables, hardwire kits and mounts, the minimum order quantity is 25 units. We implement a minimum order policy to help protect the integrity of the GRDIAN brand and to offer exclusive savings with incremental increases in the number of units ordered. Contact one of our sales representatives for special pricing based on your needs.

GRDIAN continuously provides one of the best warranty policies around. When you purchase GRDIAN products, you and your customers are covered under our 1 Year Warranty. Should something go wrong, simply create an RMA by reaching out to sales rep here. A working replacement will be sent to you once we receive your defective dash cam. Only products purchased from GRDIAN.com or through an authorized dealer are eligible for warranty services.

Authorized dealers may not sell in bulk to B2B accounts, wholesalers, or freight forwarders/drop shippers for other retailers. Dealers are only permitted to sell to the end user.

Absolutely! We encourage our dealers to offer dash cam installation services as a new stream of revenue. To qualify as a certified dash cam installer, your business must demonstrate a history of good customer reviews and knowledge of proper dash cam installation. How much you want to charge for dash cam installation services is up to your discretion.

As our network of authorized dealers continues to grow, so does the demand for our products. To protect our dealers, GRDIAN believes in maintaining a well regulated and fair marketplace for all of our authorized dealers. This means all of our dealers must adhere to a strict Minimum Advertised Policy or MAP. Dealers may not advertise any products covered by our MAP at a price lower than the MAP. All sales are final. We do not accept returns other than for possible store credit. We do our best to handle issues case-by-case. If the product is damaged during freight, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packaging it arrived in, and arrange for a carrier inspection of damaged merchandise.
