Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning your product purchased from the GRDIAN Online Store:

• Must obtain a RMA before sending your package to GRDIAN.

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from your order date.

• Only items that have been purchased directly from GRDIAN can be returned to GRDIAN. GRDIAN products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund. Associated shipping fees are not refundable.

• All return shipping is paid for by you. We pay for shipping back to you only.

Refund Policy

• 30 day money back guarantee. (Note: This guarantee only applies to orders placed on GRDIAN's webstore at GRDIAN.com)

• A refund will be processed once your package is received. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund. A refund confirmation will be emailed to you.

• If items/accessories are missing, a 25% restocking fee will incur. It will be deducted from your refund.

Duties and Taxes

• Purchases from Canada may be subject to duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery. GRDIAN is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.
